Delivery estimates

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner and arrive in 7–12 business days for most US addresses. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier — usually within 48 hours of ordering.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are not able to ship internationally yet — join the newsletter if you want to know when that changes.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, reply to that email and we will chase it for you.

Delays

Peak seasons (Black Friday, December) add 2–4 days. We would rather tell you now than blame a carrier later.
