30-day Happy Dog Guarantee: if a toy does not engage your dog, you get your money back — returned or not, in most cases. Enrichment products are supposed to work. If they don’t, that’s on us.
The guarantee in plain language
- 30 days from delivery to tell us something did not work
- Damaged or defective on arrival — we replace it or refund it, no return shipping needed (send a photo)
- Your dog simply does not engage — we refund the item, and we usually ask you to donate it rather than ship it back
- Changed your mind — unused, in its original packaging, returned within 30 days
How to start a return or refund
- Email us at the address on your order confirmation, or use the contact form
- Include your order number and the SKU (printed on the packing slip)
- We reply with the next step within one business day — usually the same day
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Exceptions
Chewed-through plush toys are not a defect — they are a dog. That is why every product page tells you honestly whether the item is a puzzle, a comfort toy, or a chew toy. If you bought it as the wrong category, tell us and we will sort out a fair outcome.
